Digital workflow becomes a reality here - fully imposed flats with colour bars, registration marks and cut marks are sent directly to the imagesetter. This means that there is no manual stripping involved, which means faster and easier registration on press.

Scanning

We at Ravi Offset employ the use of high end flat bed scanners to obtain higher degree of colour accuracy and precision.

Layout and page assembly

A host of Intel Pentium 4 systems are used for all the layout, assembly work, and for image manipulation. Most of the popular Desktop Prepress Applications such as Adobe PageMaker 6.5, Adobe InDesign 2.0, QuarkXpress 4.1, Adobe llustrator 9, Adobe Photoshop 6, Macromedia FreeHand 10, and CorelDraw 10 are used to process customer-supplied files. Apart from the above, high-end softwares are also used for specialized processing requirements of a job.

Electronic Imposition

Preps software and Brisque RIP workflow used to impose the digital files through software as per job planning and producing single flat as output, resulting in accuracy, swift work and client satisfaction.

Digital Proofing

We are equipped with high end EPSON Digital Proofers. All proofers are capable to print with resolution of 1440 dpi. These machines are calibrated with our printing standard.
